The short version: You choose what Screen Time activity to monitor. Apple protects selected app identities, we use aggregate totals to provide the service, and we do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Pay Attention, LLC (“Pay Attention,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Pay Attention iOS app, this website, the waitlist, support, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
Account information
We receive the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple and, when you choose to provide them, your name and email address.
Settings and choices
We store settings needed to operate the app, such as your weekly allowance, rate per completed overage minute, weekly cap, selected nonprofit allocations, notification preferences, time zone, and onboarding status.
Screen Time information
The app processes Screen Time information for the apps, categories, or websites you select. Apple protects selected app identities with privacy-preserving tokens. Pay Attention’s server receives aggregate weekly totals, completed overage minutes, and a non-reversible selection hash. We do not receive browsing content, messages, passwords, or a server-side list of the individual apps in your historical usage.
Payment and transaction information
Stripe collects and processes payment-card details. Pay Attention may receive Stripe customer and payment-method identifiers, card brand, last four digits, expiration date, charge status, amount, and receipt information. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Support, waitlist, and website information
If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and any details you choose to provide. The website waitlist form opens your email app with a prepared message; the website does not store the form entry before you send it.
When you use the website’s charity explorer, our server receives your search terms and sends them to Every.org to return matching nonprofit information. Do not enter sensitive personal information into the charity search field.
This static website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics cookies. It loads fonts and styling resources from third-party content delivery networks, which may receive basic request information such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps under their own privacy practices.
Technical information
We may process information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as request timestamps, app version, device or operating-system version, authentication events, and server error logs.

8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and users who authorize a payment method must be at least 18 or the age of legal majority where they live. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review and delete it.
